I want you to love what you ordered. Here’s how returns work.
Signed books. A signed, personalized book is made for you, so I can’t resell it. Signed books can’t be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or I sent the wrong one. If that happens, message me within 14 days of delivery with a photo and I’ll replace it or refund it, your choice.
Shirts, mugs and other printed items. These are printed to order by my print partner, Printful, when you order, so they can’t be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size. If an item arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, message me within 30 days of delivery with a photo and I’ll have it reprinted or refund you. Please check the size chart on the product page before you order.
Swag packs. Same as signed books: replaced or refunded if damaged or wrong, within 14 days.
Refunds go back to the card or PayPal account you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days of my saying yes.
Lost in the mail. If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days after shipping, message me and we’ll sort it out.
